For Feusi Bildungszentrum AG (2009 – 2011) I designed and introduced PerformX as an integrated administration solution for address, CRM and education administration.

Scope

  • Introduction of PerformX as an integrated administration solution for 10 business areas in 2 phases
  • Implementation of accounts receivable and dunning with installment invoicing and cost assumptions
  • Implementation of an interface to ABACUS financial accounting and payroll
  • Development of an interface to UNTIS (timetable planning)
  • Implementation of resource management (rooms and people)

My role

  • Project management (vendor side), requirements analysis, consulting and design
  • Coordination and alignment of release planning and project phases
  • Customizing and implementation of reports and statistics (BFS/EDK)
