For Hotelleriesuisse (2011 – 2012) I designed and introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as a solution for address, CRM, education and association administration.

Scope

  • Introduction of MS CRM as an integrated solution for address, CRM, membership and publishing management
  • Implementation of an invoicing module and an interface to accounts receivable
  • Implementation of interfaces to several hotel platforms (classification, MetaDB and swisshotels.com)
